MiStro is a build-first software studio. Bring us a real pain point in your business — if it's industry-wide, we turn it into a product and you go free. If it's just yours, we build it for free and you pay a modest monthly rate that simply returns our build cost over time.

Every engagement starts the same way: you tell us what's costing you time or money. Where it goes from there depends on whether that problem is yours alone, or everyone's.
Path One
Industry-wide pain → product
The problem you bring turns out to be shared across your whole industry. We build it, productise it, and list it on the MiStro site for the rest of the sector.

Business-specific pain → custom build
The problem is genuinely just yours. We still build it for free — then you pay a modest monthly rate that recovers our build cost over a fixed term.

Path Two · How The Monthly Rate Works
FAIR, TRANSPARENT,
COST-RECOVERY PRICING.
For business-specific builds, we don't charge to build the app. Your monthly rate simply returns our build labour over a fixed term, plus the real cost of keeping it live.
Build labour, spread over a term
build hours × $95/hr ÷ 24 (or 36) months
If your app takes 25 hours at $95/hr, that's $2,375 of build labour. Spread over 24 months it's about $99/month — that's your labour recovery portion.
Plus ongoing platform & hosting
Base44, hosting, maintenance
We add the real cost of keeping your app live — Base44 usage, storage, and any ongoing maintenance we carry on your behalf.
Minimum term protects our build cost
2–3 year commitment
The term binds you long enough for us to recover the build labour. Leave before the term ends and a settlement covers the remaining balance — so we always get our build cost back.
