Daily inspections with red-flag escalation to mechanics, person allocation via a swipeable day-by-day Gantt, and automated status reports to the planning team.

Suppliers, supplier product catalogues and warehouse materials with stock-on-hand, min levels and reserved-vs-free stock. Bulk CSV import for all three. Per-job material requirements with stock vs order fulfilment and phased procurement. Purchase orders with per-line job linking, emailed to suppliers, with auto stock reception on delivery and auto deduction when a job completes.
